Our Standard

TERMS & CONDITIONS


In order to ensure a smooth process for all the events we serve on a daily basis and to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings, we strictly adhere to the following terms & conditions for all our caterings. As such, we greatly appreciate your time and attention to understand the following :-

1. AT LEAST 7 DAYS ADVANCE BOOKING 

Orders will need to be placed at least SEVEN (7) days in advance, subject to availability. 

Orders for 200 pax and above, MORE THAN SEVEN (7) days advance booking may be required.

2. AT LEAST 5 DAYS FINAL CONFIRMATION

We will require your final confirmation of pax, event date, time, venue and menu at least FIVE (5) days before the designated event date. 

Any order adjustments in less than THREE (3) days from the event date may not be entertained. 

Please be informed that as part of our standard operating procedures, we may be required to make earlier buffet setting arrangements prior to your event date should the need arises, especially during festive seasons. Hence, your cooperation on this matter is much appreciated.

3. 50% DEPOSIT / BALANCE OF PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required of the total estimated amount upon confirmation. 

The remaining 50% balance of payment shall be made at least ONE (1) day before the designated event date. 

Any miscellaneous charges incurred during the event can be paid after the event date.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Only 50% of the deposit paid shall be refunded if the cancellation notice is served in less than SEVEN (7) days from the event date. 

Full deposit paid shall be forfeited if the cancellation notice is served in less than FIVE (5) days from the event date. 

5. FOOD CONSUMPTION DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

At Jordan's Signature, food safety and hygiene is our utmost priority. Food is recommended to be consumed within THREE (3) hours from the time of setup. 

Jordan's Signature will not assume responsibility for food consumed after the specified event time. As such, takeaway storage boxes will not be provided during the event as part of our standard operating procedures.


6. HALAL PRACTICE OBSERVANCE

As a gentle reminder, Jordan's Signature is Halal certified and is observing Halal practice. Should you have self-prepared non-Halal food during the event, please let us know earlier so that we can better advise.

7. OVERTIME & HANDLING SURCHARGES

  • Our service hours is limited to THREE (3) hours from the agreed event start time. Any additional hours extended will be subjected to surcharge of RM100 per hour (not including service crew overtime charges).

  • Orders served at multilevel buildings will be subjected to surcharge of RM150 per event.

  • Transportation surcharge may be incurred for delivery to areas beyond TEN (10) km from Vista Industrial Park.  

  • Our buffet service includes provision of tables and chairs sufficient to cater for the confirmed number of pax. Any extra tables and chairs requested shall incur additional charges and subject to availability. 

  • Any waitstaff / server requested will be subjected to minimum surcharge of RM100 per person (minimum 2 persons and not including overtime charges).

  • Rental of standing fan and cocktail tables are available upon request.
